What can I say about this wed­ding?!? (oth­er than it being full of Lille­shall House Wed­ding Photography!)

Lots of emo­tion, lots of speech­es and absolute­ly epic confetti!

The day start­ed for me with Kirsti and her bridal par­ty get­ting ready at The Mount Hotel in Tet­ten­hall with the Church ser­vice just down the road at St Michael & All Angels. It should have been a short sim­ple dri­ve for Kirsti in her wed­ding car….which turned up late…. after the ceremony!

But not to wor­ry. They’d also arranged for some friends to bring their clas­sic VW camper­van along for the brides­maids so this was pressed into ser­vice to trans­port the Bride as well — cri­sis over!

Emotional Church Service

After an emo­tion­al ser­vice and time in the church­yard for every­one to con­grat­u­late the new­ly­weds it was off to the recep­tion in Shrop­shire at Lille­shall. The wed­ding car had now arrived, an open top clas­sic VW (can you see the theme here!) Just before leav­ing they had a con­fet­ti walk with the most epic con­fet­ti I’ve ever seen, I mean EPIC!! My top tip if you want impres­sive con­fet­ti is to get some con­fet­ti canons

After a dri­ve through the Shrop­shire coun­try­side it was the drinks recep­tion in the stun­ning grounds of Lille­shall. The view from the open air bal­cony of the gar­dens is beau­ti­ful. a won­der­ful place to relax and enjoy the day

Speech­es after the meal is very much a wed­ding tra­di­tion. Speech­es that last over an hour is per­haps a break from the norm! But every­one was engrossed with var­i­ous fam­i­ly mem­bers and friends each tak­ing a turn. There was even a short speech from their young daugh­ter who had writ­ten a poem in hon­our of the day!
